Good. We looked at the first side of the problem. Now, let’s consider the second. Suppose we have a person already established in bodybuilding. For example, he has already been able to build at least 15-20kg of muscles on his body, he looks athletic, knows how to train correctly and follows the right regimen for muscle growth. Well …. he decided its time to use “heavy artillery.” What, as a rule, are his main mistakes?
USING TOO BIG DOSES.
The smaller a steroid dosage that is used by an athlete to achieve a result, the more there will be “maneuver space” for the future in terms of increasing the dosage. If a novice chemist immediately uses large dosages around 1 gram of testosterone per week, then his body becomes accustomed to them and will stop responding with growth. And raising it is already very risky and inefficient. The man hurried (did not show patience) and pays for it by reducing the effectiveness of the cycle.
It is reasonable for an athlete to start using chemistry with the smallest possible dosage of drugs (200mg – 400mg, which is more than enough if there are several drugs in the cycle or up to 200 mg if only one methane is available).
USE OF “WRONG” PREPARATIONS.
Beginners, having read all sorts of sites and having listened the training gurus from their gym, choose too “professional” drugs and their combinations. For most beginners, it is wise to use METHANE, DECA and TESTOSTERONE. You should not start with TRENBOLONE or ANAPOLON, because they are for more professional users.
Newbies very often chase after “safety” and by this explain their cycles of WINSTROL or ANAVAR, which do not aromatize and therefore they are often called safe steroids (they say you add a little, but high quality + health will be OK). This is a serious mistake. Because the less a steroid aromatizes, the less it accelerates anabolism (for good growth you need a certain amount of female estrogen). In addition, the same WINSTROL dehydrates the joints. Moreover, you can easily get hurt.
At the beginning of the time you begin using steroids, nothing exotic in the form of Winstrol, Anavar, Primobolan and others should be used. TESTOSTERONE, NANDROLONE (DECA) and METHANE are the best for building mass in the beginning and will give you the best quality results; however, results vary depending on body type and desired goal.
THE USE OF “WRONG” COMBINATIONS OF DRUGS.
Experienced users always use at least a few drugs on a cycle (and not only steroids). This introduces additional confusion in the minds of beginners. Having read the descriptions of different drugs, beginners sometimes try to combine what doesn’t combine well. For example, DECA + BOLDENONE or METHANE + ANAPOLON, METHANE + STANOZOLOL, etc. All this is unreasonable, because there are practical rules. When combined in a bunch, one drug should be with an “anabolic distortion” (deca, winstrol, primobolan) and the other with “androgenic distortion” such as testosterone (sustanon, enanthate, propionate, etc.).
In addition, the use of several oral medications immediately is unnecessary in terms of the load on your liver (methane, anapalon, stanozolol, etc.). There are other rules. For example, STANOZOLOL is a good antiprogestant, therefore it is better to combine it with a progestogen drug (such as DECA).
TOO SHORT OR TOO LONG USE.
There are plenty of “super ideas” on the internet about both short (a couple of weeks) and long (from 8 weeks or more) cycles. Experienced bodybuilding gurus persuade you to one thing or another. Of course, you choose. I just say this thing: the most popular cycle for most users is 8 weeks!!!
In general, of course you can conduct experiments on yourself. But I warned you: the most optimal “corridor” for the cycle is 6-10 weeks. The body did not have time to “get upset” and serious muscles grew.
TRAINING ON THE CYCLE AND AFTER IT.
The bottom line is that the recovery capabilities of your body increase on steroids. As a result, you need to train more intensely, i.e. do more reps and exercises (increase the volume of the load). If you don’t, then there will be growth too. BUT not as extensive as it could be (even though you do all competently).
The second part of the problem is connected with the exit from the cycle. People do not know how to train correctly to better maintain the results achieved on the cycle. Here, the recommendation is the opposite: first, you need to reduce the training volume and intensity (fewer reps and exercises), in order to reduce catabolism (it is already big right after the cycle without the help of anabolic steroids).
